How to Save Netflix Videos for Watching Offline on iPad or iPhone

Download Netflix movies and tv shows for watching later.

Recently, Netflix started allowing customers to download content to view later while offline. So the next time you are taking a flight, you can watch your Netflix movies or TV shows without relying on the usually horrible and exepensive airline WiFi. One of the first things you should understand though, is that not all content is available for offline viewing.

  3. Once the title has completed downloading, you can access it from the My Downloads section of the app.

Select download video quality

You can select the download video quality that best fits your needs. Standard quality is a slightly lower video quality that requires less storage space and takes less time to download. Higher quality requires more storage space and takes more time to download.
