Is Apple iTunes Music Store pricing too high?
David — Wed, 11/04/2009 - 5:17de la tarde
Back in April of this year Apple began its three tiered pricing structure of 69 cents, 99 cents & $1.29. I was skeptical. I suspected that this was really a back door way of increasing the price of a song from 99 cents to $1.29. I am hard pressed to find a 69 cents song that I like. And the majority of new songs are $1.29. I have not purchased music in quite a while. In today's economically tough times, a $1.29 is too high. What do you think?

First off, lets distinguish
David — Wed, 03/10/2010 - 11:49de la mañanaFirst off, lets distinguish between the Wi-Fi model and the 3G one. The Wi-Fi version does not require any mobile company at all. If you plan on purchasing the 3G iPad (includes Wi-Fi), it is unlocked so in theory, you should be able to use it with any carrier. In fact, there is a leaked memo from Verizon about pouching iPad customers. In the U.S. At&t has created special data plans for the iPad that do not require a contract.
