TechnoMinds Service Agreement
There are several advantages for our clients and it is also helpful for us in planning our cash flow.
First, it insures that you have a priority commitment of our time. Service Agreement clients always receive precedence in our scheduling. Second, you will receive a 10% discount off our regular service rates. Drive time is billed at our normal 50% of service rates.
Here’s how the Service Agreement works. We estimate how many hours we think your account will require based upon the level of involvement you desire. Some of our accounts schedule us for regular weekly computer upkeep, while others just want us on an “as needed” basis. We can talk about this and mutually decide what is most beneficial for you. Naturally we can adjust the number of hours covered by the Service Agreement at the beginning of any month.
Once we decide how many hours we believe you will require, we convert that to a dollar amount. For example if we decided that you needed 10 hours of time per month, your Service Agreement would be for $675 per month (10 x $75/hr minus 10% equals $675). Once we reach $675 in billing in any given month, our time is billed at our normal hourly rate of $75/hr. Drive time is always billed at our normal rate of $37.50/hr.
Naturally, if your hours consistently exceed the Service Agreement it would make sense to increase your hours. Again, this can be done in advance of any month. Hours not used in any month are not refundable and may not be carried over to the next month. In our experience this rarely happens and if it does we will suggest reducing the hours covered by the Service Agreement.
Payment for Service Agreement hour is due in advance of the month covered. We will track the hours of service delivered and notify you by email when you reach the total amount covered by your Service Agreement. Again, hours in excess of the dollar amount included in your Service Agreement will be billed at our normal rate of $75/hr.
