Rates
These rates apply to Tech Support and Consulting.
Normal Time = $75 an hour.
Time spent at client’s location that does not
fall under any other rate category.
Emergency Call Time = $85 an hour.
This rate is applied if client requests a visit in 5 hours or less (Telephone support not included).
Evenings $95
Though we close at 5pm, we understand that sometimes you just can't wait until the next morning. Evening Rate applies to any call that begins or goes past 5pm. All time after 5pm is billed at Evening rate.
Weekends = $105 an hour.
We are normally closed on weekends but sometimes make exceptions.
Telephone Support
Calls under 5 minutes are not billable. Calls longer than 5 minutes may be charged at Normal Time rate. Please note that there is a 1 hour minimum on consulting jobs.
Transport Time = 50% of Normal Time job rate.
This is the amount of time it takes to drive to client. 3/4 an hour maximum for Island of Montreal.
Payment is C.O.D unless terms have been set up prior to job.
Note: All Time is billed in 15 minute increments.
There is a minimum 1 hour charged. These rates are
subject to change without prior notice. These rates
