Discount Rate
Want to save on your rate? Schedule the job more than 48 hours in advance and the rate is $100 per hour. One hour minimum.
Emergency Rate
$115 per hour.
This applies to all non weekend and evening work that is not scheduled more than 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise indicated by TechnoMinds.
Service Plan
Do you think you will want regular lessons? We offer 10, 15 & 20 Hour Time Blocks at a discounted rate that can be broken up in any combination you want. The more hours you reserve, the bigger the discount.

Evenings
$125 per hour.
Though we close at 5pm, we understand that sometimes you just can’t wait until the next morning. Evening Rate applies to any job that begins or goes past 5pm. Only the time after 5pm is billed at Evening rate.
Drive Time / Parking
Drive time = 50% of discount rate.
This is the amount of time it takes to drive to client. 3/4 an hour maximum for Island of Montreal. Off island jobs may be billed for transport to and from jobsite.
Parking
Parking is included in the Transport charge, unless parking costs exceed $10 for an onsite visit, in which case parking costs will be billed to client.
Remote Support
Same as onsite rates. One hour minimum.
Weekends
$150 per hour.
We are normally closed on weekends but sometimes we make exceptions.
Telephone Support
Calls under 5 minutes are not billable. Calls longer than 5 minutes may be charged at $100 per hour.
All scheduled calls are charged for a 1 hour minimum.
Payment is due upon completion of job unless terms have been set up prior to job.
We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer (interac).
Note: All Time is billed in 15 minute increments.
There is a minimum 1 hour charged. These rates are

Some work may be billed at flat rate upon agreement
with client. Rates do not include applicable tax.
