We have seen numerous reports of problems with the latest iTunes update 10.2. After updating via the Software Update option from the Apple menu, many users, including us at TechnoMinds, are unable to sync our iOS devices. It will get stuck at "preparing to sync". Some have said that it finally finishes after close to 2 hours.
